Recently our Year 10s spent four days and three nights at Emu Gully Adventure Camp, Helidon. Our students engaged in activities designed around ANZAC themes that allowed them to push themselves outside of their comfort zones, build teamwork and resilience as well as have a great deal of fun. Students also enjoyed a true camping experience in terms of their tent accommodation, preparation of their own meals and bathroom facilities. It was wonderful to see our Year 10s really engage in the activities and enjoy their time in the great outdoors. Our students stepped up to every challenge that was thrown their way and they did so with a sense of mateship and a great deal of good humour. Our Year 10 camp at Emu Gully was once again a fantastic, valuable and memorable experience for all involved.
