Enrolment Dates
We welcome enrolment enquiries at any time of the year for all year levels. The information below will help families understand the recommended application timeline for Year 7 entry.
Year 7, 2031 - Applications Open

For students currently in Year 2 applications are open and first round offers will be made February/March 2028.

Year 7, 2030 - Applications Open

For students currently in Year 3 applications are open and first round offers will be made February/March 2027.

Year 7, 2029 - Applications Open
|
For students currently in Year 4, first round offers have been made with late application interviews taking place throughout 2026.

|
For students currently in Year 5, you will be contacted for an interview once your application has been submitted. Applications remain open.

For students currently in Year 6, you will be contacted for an interview once your application has been submitted. Applications remain open.

Enrolment Process
1. Gather your supporting documents and email to sansistoenrolment@bne.catholic.edu.au
- Birth Certificate
- If both parents are born overseas, one parent must provide an Australian Passport, Citizenship Certificate, or valid Visa
- Student Information Form Student information form (PDF 288.8KB)
- Most recent school report and NAPLAN results
- Application fee receipt: $140 (non-refundable) payable here Pay via BPOINT
- Baptismal Certificate (if applicable)
- Inclusion support, specialist or medical reports (if applicable)
- Legal documentation (if applicable)
- Medical Action Plan (if applicable)
2. Submit your online enrolment form

3. Enrolment Review & Interview
After completing both Step 1 and Step 2:
- Applications are reviewed by the College
- Eligible applicants are invited to an enrolment interview
- Families are advised of the outcome following the interview process
For Year 7 entry, first-round offers are generally released in a student's Year 4 year.
4. Accept Your Offer
Families who receive an offer will be required to:
- Complete the Confirmation of Enrolment documentation
- Pay the non-refundable $500 enrolment acceptance fee
Prompt return of paperwork helps secure your daughter's place
5. Prepare for Commencement
Following acceptance, families will receive important information about College policies, fees, orientation activities and transition programs. We encourage families to familiarise themselves with the below documents:
