San Sisto Education

As a Catholic Girls' secondary college in the Dominican Tradition, we are passionately committed to educating, celebrating, and empowering young women.

We provide a learning environment that supports the individual student to rise to the challenges of our rapidly changing world. With an emphasis on academic achievement, development of practical skills, social and emotional wellbeing, promotion of community harmony, and participation in a wide co-curricular program, the College challenges each student in individual ways. We provide them the skills to play an active role in their community, and equip them with the tools to confidently shape their future.

We foster success by:

  • Nurturing the educational goals and needs of students
  • Collaborating with students and parents to develop unique approaches to uplift each student
  • Communicating openly to create an environment based on mutual trust, respect, and honesty
  • Inspiring an attitude of lifelong learning, allowing our students to flourish in their San Sisto years and beyond

Alongside our comprehensive classroom learning programs, we offer an extensive range of Vocational Education and Training qualifications, the Certificate I, II, III, IV, and Diploma level. San Sisto also provides a variety of Co-Curricular activities to our students, encouraging an appreciation of the Arts, Languages, Sport, Music, Social Justice, STEM, Debating and more.
