Year 9 student Chelsea G has blown the whistle on an outstanding achievement, selected from a statewide pool of applicants to referee at the Boys Under-14 Basketball State Championships in Cairns during the school holidays. Across the four-day tournament, held from 2-5 July, Chelsea’s hard work, commitment, and focus stood out among 62 referees aged 14 to 18, earning her the title of Most Improved Referee of the competition. Also a fantastic player, Chelsea is an integral part of our Junior Secondary team... we are incredibly proud of the dedication she continues to shine on and off the court!
